We are looking for an Anti-Social Behaviour Officer to start immediately in Skelmersdale, Lancashire.

We are looking for candidates who can start immediately, with a professional Anti-Social Behaviour background within Housing. Knowledge of investigating cases of nuisance & harassment will be required, along with knowledge of current housing issues & legislation regarding Anti-Social Behaviour.

Rate: £15.86 PAYE

Hours: Monday – Friday | 36 hours

Contract: Ongoing contract

Expected Start Date: 29/07/2024

Duties/Responsibilities: (full JD will be provided to shortlisted candidates)

* Investigating cases of nuisance & harassment and working to resolve them

* Providing intensive support to tenants as necessary

* Implementing courses of action in conjunction with all relevant agencies/parties

* Visiting reporters and subjects in their home and preparing for an attending court

* Dealing with all correspondence and in conjunction with relevant legal teams, recommending appropriate legal action

* Preparing and serving warnings, notices and injunctions

Essential requirements:

* Experience within a ASB Officer role, either privately or for public services / government

* Experience of QL Housing Management System is preferred

* 2 years minimum experience in a ASB environment

* Full UK Driving Licence

* Experience of managing conflict and disputes
