We operate across multiple construction sectors, including healthcare, hotels, commercial, leisure, and residential. Our philosophy blends stringent standards with outstanding customer care, ensuring a consistently superior service for our clients.

We are now on the lookout for an outstanding Quantity Surveyor either at Intermediate level or Senior level to join our vibrant team. If you’re passionate about construction and driven by excellence, we want to hear from you.

Duties include:

Cost control including monitoring and controlling project costs to ensure budgets are maintained.
Prepare and manage detailed BOQs (Bill of Quantities) for various construction projects.
Cost management/reporting
Develop detailed cost plans and budgets for new projects.
Prepare regular cost reports for internal and client review
Work collaboratively within the team and other departments/companies within the group.
Please note that this list of duties is not exhaustive and additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.

Required Skills:

At least 3 years’ experience in quantity surveying
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
