Our client is seeking a Client Coordinator Administrator to join their team within the ISO certification sector. As the Client Coordinator Administrator, you will be based fully on site at their office in Swindon, with working hours of Monday - Thursday 08:00 - 16:00 and Friday 08:00 - 13:00.
Offering an impressive salary of £24-27,000 per annum.
As the Client Coordinator Administrator, you will have excellent spoken and written German and English.
What is the role?
The Client Coordinator Administrator will carry out task such as making appointments with clients via email or over the phone. Raise any invoices and carrying out credit control duties, whilst also providing support on a digital platform and certification production for clients in Germany.
Requirements:
Must have excellent written and spoken German and English
Customer service 1 year ( preferred)
Administrative 1 year (preferred)
Must be confident and have an excellent telephone manner
Great organisational skills
Competent on a computer with good IT skills
Team player
Driving license (preferred)
