Key Responsibilities

Diagnose and resolve issues with fitted fridges, including occasional off-site assignments
Lead and mentor the fridging team, ensuring high technical standards
Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures for fridge installations
Collaborate with customers to determine refrigeration system requirements
Support the technical team in optimising fridge fits on new and existing vansBenefits

Four-day working week
