## Refrigeration Solutions Specialist

### Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Refrigeration Solutions Specialist to join our dynamic engineering team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving issues with fitted fridges, leading and mentoring the fridging team, and ensuring high technical standards.

### Key Responsibilities

* Diagnose and resolve issues with fitted fridges, including occasional off-site assignments
* Lead and mentor the fridging team, ensuring high technical standards
* Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures for fridge installations
* Collaborate with customers to determine refrigeration system requirements
* Support the technical team in optimising fridge fits on new and existing vans
