About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a variety of projects, from diagnosing and resolving issues with fitted fridges to developing and implementing Standard Operating Procedures for fridge installations. You'll collaborate with customers to determine refrigeration system requirements and support the technical team in optimising fridge fits on new and existing vans.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Diagnose and resolve complex issues with fitted fridges, including off-site assignments
  2. Lead and mentor the fridging team, ensuring high technical standards and excellent customer service
  3. Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures for fridge installations, improving efficiency and quality
  4. Collaborate with customers to determine refrigeration system requirements, providing expert advice and guidance
  5. Support the technical team in optimising fridge fits on new and existing vans, ensuring seamless integration and customer satisfaction
