Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Refrigeration Solutions Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team at Employment Solutions Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving issues with fitted fridges, leading and mentoring the fridging team, and ensuring high technical standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and resolve issues with fitted fridges, including occasional off-site assignments
  • Lead and mentor the fridging team, ensuring high technical standards
  • Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures for fridge installations
  • Collaborate with customers to determine refrigeration system requirements
  • Support the technical team in optimising fridge fits on new and existing vans
