About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Fridge Technical Lead to join our team at EVO Personnel Ltd. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for leading a team of fridge engineers and providing technical support and guidance to team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of fridge engineers to ensure the successful installation, commissioning, and maintenance of fridge systems
  • Provide technical support and guidance to team members to resolve complex fridge problems
  • Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime and ensure optimal fridge performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest fridge technologies and industry developments to drive innovation and improvement
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience as a fridge engineer with a proven track record of success in a similar role
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of fridge systems and technologies
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders
  • Full driving license and ability to travel to client sites as required
