Refrigeration Solutions Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Refrigeration Solutions Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving issues with fitted fridges, leading and mentoring the fridging team, and ensuring high technical standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Diagnose and Resolve Fridge Issues: Troubleshoot and resolve problems with fitted fridges, including occasional off-site assignments.
  2. Lead and Mentor the Fridging Team: Lead and train the fridging team to ensure high technical standards and excellent customer service.
  3. Develop Standard Operating Procedures: Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures for fridge installations to ensure consistency and efficiency.
  4. Collaborate with Customers: Work with customers to determine refrigeration system requirements and provide expert advice.
  5. Support the Technical Team: Support the technical team in optimizing fridge fits on new and existing vans.
