About you:

* You will have experience in an Helpdesk or Co-Ordinator role, within FM, is highly desirable

* You will have knowledge of FM and working in a service delivery function is essential

* You will know how to work well under pressure

* You will be IT Literate (Word, office, excel, etc)

* You should have excellent communication skills

What your day to day will look like

* You'll Work Monday – Friday, office based on a full time, permanent basis.

* You will be responsible for sorting correspondence (emails, mail etc), data entry, updating trackers, mainly first point of contact for all telephone queries.

* The role will be dealing with day to day enquiries. Responsibilities include scheduling appointments for engineers, material co-ordination, liaising with clients, arranging follow on appointments, raising invoices and so on.

* The ideal candidate will have experience in a planner or co-ordinator role, within a facilities management or construction environment.

* You will be scheduling the engineer’s activity, speaking with engineers to arrange reactive jobs with them, client liaison dealing with client requirements and queries.
