**Helpdesk Administrator/Scheduler**

Join us as a Helpdesk Administrator, where your pivotal role will involve providing top-tier operational support and scheduling services. Your goal is to meet operational objectives and maintain seamless communication with all stakeholders.

You'll be the expert in advanced jeopardy management of Open Work orders, ensuring they progress smoothly and reach closure in adherence to SLAs. Your responsibilities will extend to scheduling within the Security operation when needed.

Your attention to detail and excellent communication skills will be at the heart of our success.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Scheduling of reactive and Ad-Hoc requests for Security Operations
- Reactive call logging to suppliers including Security Services
- Coordination of faults relating to alarms, access control, CCTV, safe/cage
- PPM management (Intrusion System and CCTV)
- Review reactive and PPM. jobs (ADT)
- Coordination of ADHOC security requests and liaison between stakeholders to ensure appropriate resource is delivered
- Interlink between CBRE Helpdesk for follow up of requests to communicate client expectations on attendance
- Logging and raising all cleaning work orders

**Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications**
- 1 years + previous experience at administration level within Cleaning or Security Operations (preferably with Security bias)
- Knowledge of process driven support services
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills that will allow you to influence and negotiate with suppliers and client stakeholders
- Work collaboratively with others within the function and wider business
