Key Duties of the Digital Skills Tutor/Assessor

Deliver engaging learning programmes in order to support learners towards their qualification in Network and Cyber Security, Social Media and eCommerce and Digital Business Solutions including Data Analytics.
Use and develop a wide range of resources and techniques, tailored to learners’ individual needs.
Observe and review work produced by learners to ensure it is of the appropriate standard to reflect the learner's qualification and meet the needs of the qualification.
Provide insightful, constructive, and informative feedback to help the learner maximise their potential.
Proactively monitor, evaluate, and improve the quality and effectiveness of own workload and working practices to ensure deadlines and targets are met and that the learner has an outstanding experience.
Organise and maintain documentation on learners' progress
Skills, Knowledge, and Experience required for the Digital Skills Tutor

An enthusiastic and engaging personality in order to help deliver the most impactful training sessions to learners.
Teaching Qualification (PTLLS, AET, PGCE or equivalent).
A minimum Level 4 Qualification in IT or Digital
Assessors Award such as TAQA, CAVA, A1 would be highly desirable
Experience in delivering training and coaching sessions to learners.
Ability to demonstrate up to date vocational competence, alongside sector knowledge in Digital IT Skills.
Knowledge of Network and Cyber Security, Social Media and eCommerce and Digital Business Solutions including Data Analytics
