Due to securing a range of new projects, they are recruiting for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their business. You'll be working on several new build and refurbishment contracts, valued at up to £7.5m

Your primary responsibilities will include:

Efficiently manage project costs from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to budgets and financial objectives.
Oversee the procurement process, including tendering, negotiation, and contract administration.
Proficiently handle various contract forms, ensuring compliance and mitigating risks.
Identify opportunities for cost savings and value enhancement.
Effectively manage subcontractor relationships, including procurement, payment applications, and dispute resolution.
Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with cost, contracts, and procurement.
