Working on behalf of our client based in Wrexham. A leading multi-disciplined engineering contractor.

We are currently recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor for a permanent role.

Key Duties:

  • Collaborate with the Project Manager to manage all aspects of contract administration, including Early Warning Notices (EWNs), Compensation Events (CEs), programme updates, and applications.
  • Administer subcontractor payments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining attention to detail and efficiency.
  • Working closely with the Project Managers to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
  • Apply your strong knowledge of NEC3 contracts and subcontracts to everyday tasks.
  • Utilise your analytical and problem-solving skills to address project challenges effectively

What we are looking for in the successful candidate:

  • Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor with a Tier 1 or 2 contractor.
  • In-depth understanding of NEC3 contracts and subcontract administration.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
