Working on behalf of our client based in Wrexham. A leading multi-disciplined engineering contractor. We are currently recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor for a permanent role.

Key Duties:
Collaborate with the Project Manager to manage all aspects of contract administration, including Early Warning Notices (EWNs), Compensation Events (CEs), programme updates, and applications.
Administer subcontractor payments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining attention to detail and efficiency.
Working closely with the Project Managers to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Apply your strong knowledge of NEC3 contracts and subcontracts to everyday tasks.
Utilise your analytical and problem-solving skills to address project challenges effectively

What we are looking for in the successful candidate:
Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor with a Tier 1 or 2 contractor.
In-depth understanding of NEC3 contracts and subcontract administration.
Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
