As a Client Liaison Officer, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring clients receive a top-notch service. You'll be the friendly and professional point of contact for a diverse customer base, helping to resolve queries and support internal client managers. What You'll Be Doing:
Client Interaction: Communicate with clients via phone, email, and other methods to assist with queries and provide updates.
Support: Aid client managers with both internal and external requirements.
Onboarding: Help onboard new clients and ensure a smooth transition.
Collaboration: Work with other departments to resolve client issues.
Case Monitoring: Assist in monitoring and updating client files.
Reporting: Help prepare various client reports to keep files up-to-date and managed efficiently.
Training: Attend training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge.Technical Qualifications/Requirements:
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Detail-Oriented: Impeccable attention to detail.
Experience: Proficient in MS Word and Excel.What Can You Expect?
