This role requires a keen attention to detail, excellent organisational skills & must be actively creating declarations

Key Responsibilities:

* Review and verify import/export documents for accuracy and compliance with customs regulations.

* Prepare and submit necessary customs documentation and ensure timely clearance of shipments.

* Stay updated on changes in customs regulations and inform relevant stakeholders.

* Coordinate with freight forwarders, carriers, and customs brokers to facilitate smooth shipment processes.

* Track and monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery and resolve any customs-related issues.

* Maintain accurate records of all customs documentation and correspondence.

* Ensure proper filing and storage of customs entries, and other related documents.

Experience:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in customs brokerage, freight forwarding, or a related role

Monday-Friday
