Job Title: Customer Support Agent

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Support Agent to join our team at MSX International. As a Customer Support Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving their queries and issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide answers to clients by identifying problems, researching answers, and guiding clients through corrective steps.
  • Record events and problems and their resolutions.
  • Liaise with Client; work hand in hand with JLR individuals and teams.
  • Ensure all correct processes and procedures are followed.

Working Pattern and Location:

We are looking for a Customer Support Agent to work 40 hours per week, with a 6-month fixed contract. The successful candidate will be required to work Tuesday and Wednesday in office and Monday, Thursday, and Friday from home. The location of the role is Whitley, Coventry, with the first 4 weeks of training and induction taking place in Whitley in the UK CRC.
