Job Title: Customer Support Agent

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Agent to join our team at MSX International. As a Customer Support Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving technical issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Document customer interactions and issues in our CRM system
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Technical knowledge of MSX International products and services
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
