Your new role
A skilled operative to join the team in London looking after the Acton region in West London. The ideal candidate will have experience in general property maintenance and possess a diverse skill set to handle a variety of tasks efficiently and effectively.

Performing general maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and painting.
Repair and maintain doors, windows, locks, and fixtures.
Conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment to identify and resolve issues promptly.
Handle repairs and maintenance tasks within allocated timeframes and budget constraints.
Assist in the installation of new equipment and fixtures as required.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and ensure all work orders are completed accurately.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of work areas and tools.
Adhere to health and safety regulations and policies.
What you'll need to succeed

Requirements:

Proven experience as a maintenance operative or similar role.
Solid understanding of general maintenance procedures and techniques.
Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time efficiently.
Good communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with both colleagues and clients.
Physical stamina and strength to perform duties such as lifting heavy items and working at heights.
Valid driver's license preferred.Preferred Qualifications:

Relevant vocational training or certification.
Previous experience in property management or facilities maintenance.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations.What you'll get in return
