Core Maintenance are part of Core Media Services UK Ltd. We are a family run business that was established in 2006. Essex based, we have gained a reputation for providing a reliable and responsive quality service to our growing portfolio of social housing providers.

We have teams operating across London, South-East, Midlands, Yorkshire and the North-West.

We are looking for highly skilled, customer focused Operatives who will be involved in carrying out Void Work, & Reactive Maintenance in properties. It is key that they can complete a variety of tasks to ensure that repairs/orders can be completed to a high standard on first fixes.

**As a Multi-skilled Trades person, you will be expected to carry out the following**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Undertaking tasks such as carpentry, plumbing, painting, tiling, plastering, and decorating, and more on a daily basis
- Carrying out general maintenance work and repairs
- Ensuring that the customer receives an effective courteous service.
- Completing any necessary paperwork
- Fostering constructive and collaborative working relationships with stakeholders and partner organizations
- Participating in the continuous improvement of service delivery ensuring that policies and procedures comply with legislation and regulatory requirements.

**Skills - Essential**
- Qualification and/or experience in a similar role
- Ability to organize own work schedule.
- Ability to work to a high standard under pressure to meet target dates.
- A flexible approach to working arrangements.
- A clean valid UK driving license and the ability to travel between different sites.

DBS clearance will be required.

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£38,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- Maintenance: 4 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (required)
