Job Overview:

As a Contracts Manager for Traffic Management, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of traffic management projects. This includes ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation, maintaining high standards of safety, and delivering projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities include:

* Lead and manage traffic management projects from inception to completion

* Oversee the preparation, negotiation, and management of contracts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.

* Supervise and support Site team

* Monitor project budgets

* Ensure all traffic management activities comply with relevant health and safety regulations

* Build and maintain strong client relationships

Qualifications and Experience:

* Proven experience in a similar role within the traffic management or road surfacing industry.

* Strong knowledge of traffic management regulations.

* Strong leadership and team management abilities.

* Strong communication skills

* Full UK driver’s license.
