This is a Hybrid role, with time split between site and WFH.
As the Design Manager you will be responsible for the management of the design process on a Commercial, Cut + Carve Retrofit. There are two projects, one £60m and one £100m, both similar and in Victoria. You will lead one or both projects depending on skillset, experience, and workload, with an assistant reporting into you. Both are still in preconstruction, with start-on-site several months away.
Your background will need to include a strong track record of delivering successful £40m+ commercial retrofits. It is essential that you have delivered a commercial project at a main contractor.
If you are a Design Manager, with a proven background leading commercial retrofit projects, and are keen to work for a leading contractor, this opportunity will be of great interest.
