About the Role:

An exciting opportunity to join our Marketing & Product team to support the Head of Marketing & Product in implementing the marketing plan and providing administrative support to the Sales & Marketing department.

Responsibilities:

Assist with the design and proofreading of advertising and promotional material.
Ensure the website is up to date and manage social media platforms, overseeing the online presence.
Process product changes, including preparation and reprinting of literature.
Ensure all departments and branches have sufficient compliant marketing literature.
Assist in the implementation of digital products like Search Engine Marketing and social media initiatives.
Use Google Analytics to review and improve the website.
Provide sourcing companies with timely product updates.
Prepare for meetings, including minutes and reports.
Perform general administrative duties such as answering phones, photocopying, scanning, and printing.
Manage stock control of branded marketing materials and supply weekly marketing stationery orders to branches.
Organise and attend out-of-hours marketing/sponsorship events and handle logistics for Sales Department events.
Create and send monthly regulatory mailings.
Complete product research and assist in product development and setup processes.Experience required:

Excellent listening, written, and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
Keen interest in marketing.
Excellent administrative and PC skills, proficient in Microsoft Office.
Ability to provide excellent customer service and embrace company values.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to follow procedures and instructions.
Team player with the ability to contribute to team efforts and objectives.
Excellent timekeeping and attendance.
Flexibility to meet deadlines and attend out-of-hours events.
5 GCSE's at grades 9-4 (A* - C or equivalent), including Math and English Language.
Experience working in an office environment ideally within Financial Services.
Degree or relevant professional qualification in Marketing.
