Role Overview: This position involves comprehensive project management to ensure the effective capture of essential information, tracking the advancement of designs, construction stages, and finalizations to guarantee adherence to standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee administration for Pre-Qualification Questionnaires (PQQ) and Invitation to Tender (ITT) processes.
- Coordinate design requests and manage them through to approval, adapting to various client processes and requirements.
- Plan and schedule both on-site and off-site activities as directed by client timelines, including the submission of applications for critical services such as Gas, Water, and Electric connections.
- Manage documentation for Multi Utilities and Major Projects, including taking meeting minutes, overseeing design management, compiling Health & Safety files, and assisting Operational Teams and Managers with the organization of necessary streetworks and production documentation.
- Continuously update internal systems and monitor the progress of ongoing projects.
- Participate in regularly scheduled team meetings to discuss daily progress, weekly planning, and performance evaluations.
