The Role: Product and Pricing Data Administrator

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual to join our data function as a Product and Pricing Data Administrator. You will play a crucial role in collecting, configuring, and testing data while providing direct support to our valued customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with customers during data meetings and provide training on system functionality to the service desk.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders to discuss data delivery timelines and ensure outstanding information is addressed promptly. Provide updates to Account Managers regarding any potential issues.
  • Maintain an updated customer-specific Data Dictionary and share it with the service desk for operational and functional changes.
  • Plan new system rollouts, including managing test kits and conducting functionality testing for both customer sites and internal departments.
  • Validate all data requests, communicate any gaps or inaccuracies to ensure timely execution and testing within customer Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Adhere to nGeneration policies and procedures while remaining calm and positive. Complete assigned tasks within the required timeframe and be available for data-related escalations outside of regular business hours.
  • Manage all data queries within customer SLAs.
  • Maintain a daily data tracker by customer for month-end invoicing.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Strong technical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Knowledge of EPoS systems is beneficial.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • A willingness to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies.
