Recruitment and Resourcing Support Lead (HR)
Location: Remote (with travel up to 3 days/week)
Contract: 9-Month Fixed Term (Flexible working considered)

We’re looking for a dynamic Recruitment and Resourcing Support Lead to tackle challenging roles across our client’s network of schools. This is your chance to drive innovative recruitment strategies, enhance talent attraction, and make a real impact in education.

What You’ll Do:

* Provide expert support for hard-to-fill roles.

* Develop and deliver recruitment workshops.

* Boost our clients employer brand and reduce reliance on agencies.

* Build talent pipelines and support internal growth.

* Collaborate with HR teams to meet recruitment goals.

What You’ll Bring:

* Experience in recruitment/resourcing (education sector preferred) ideally within a Multi Academy Trust or similar educational environment.

* Capable of independently organizing work for maximum efficiency and eager to utilise the right resources, tools, and methods to ensure smooth project execution.

* Experienced in using IT systems to analyse data and guide managers

* Familiarity with diversity and inclusion, as well as talent management in a school setting, is desirable (open to HR, teaching, and support staff).

* Experience with iTrent is preferred.

* Strategic mindset with project leadership skills.

* Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

* Willingness to travel and work flexibly.
