What You'll Be Doing:
Supporting project management by maintaining and updating essential project documents such as schedules, scope of supply, and buy-out reports.
Coordinating the bidding process for subcontractors and ensuring all subcontractor activities meet project specifications and deadlines.
Overseeing the delivery of engineering documentation and materials to subcontractors, ensuring smooth project execution.
Assisting Business Development teams by helping to develop accurate project estimates.
Managing and tracking all project activities, making sure deadlines are hit and project teams are kept informed at every stage.
Working across multiple departments, including Engineering, Technology, Fabrication, and Shipping, to keep projects running efficiently.What We’re Looking For:
A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a similar field.
3+ years of experience in a technical role, ideally in project coordination, project engineering, or construction engineering.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, particularly MS Project, Excel, and SharePoint.
A keen eye for detail, with the ability to stay organised and focused in a fast-paced environment.Why This Role?
