**Project Co-Ordinator/Administrator**

Working for a lift/escalator consultancy practice, the Project Co-Ordinator will work alongside the Project Manager to oversee and administer the day-to-day maintenance/repair of lift portfolios by the clients’ maintenance sub-contractors, and fulfil the administrative management of capital renewal/refurbishment works and long-term portfolio planning.

Experience of the lift industry is preferable but not essential, in-house support and training will be provided.

A good working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel is essential.

Training in the operation of clients’ computer systems and internal documentation and data bases will be provided.

This is a salaried office based position for a highly organised, conscientious, and initiative-taking person with 25-days holiday per annum, work-related devices will be provided.

**Project Co-Ordinator/Administrator**

Key Tasks:

- Point of contact for all lift related issues.
- Sub-contractor liaison to achieve prompt resolutions for equipment failures.
- Promote alternative options and temporary fixes involving other suppliers if necessary.
- Monitor on daily basis out of service equipment and work with suppliers to resolve promptly.
- Escalate critical lifts within client’s internal teams.
- Review, query, and approve sub-contractors’ quotations/invoices.
- Administrative management of capital renewal/refurbishment work.
- Administer 5-year rolling budget forecast and project status reports.

Main Targets:

- Reduction of downtime, escalations, and disruption to the clients’ business.
- Improvement first-time fixes, return-to-service times, and service delivery.
- Reduction of clients’ revenue and capital spend.
- Delivery of sub-contractor’s agreed KPI’s.
- Ensuring clients achieve legislative compliance.

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
