We are looking for an experienced Facilities Co-Ordinator with a background in the day to day running of a large commercial property. This person should have worked with both sub-contractors and internal engineers, ensuring high levels of delivery within SLA's agreed in the maintenance contract, and will be required to feed back to the Account Management team on developments, changes or concerns with the maintenance, reactive and project works completed on site. They will be the site based person in charge of access, permits, security and safety, whilst overseeing work that is attended so they are completed safely to our strict QHSE guidelines by getting an appreciation of how site runs and what impact any of these works could have on staff and procedures on the premises.

**They will** be pivotal in engaging and managing key stakeholder relationships including the various teams and contracts working at our Fire and Security Centre of Excellence. This key element of the job will involve weekly and/or monthly stakeholder meetings to build relationships and keep all those involved updated in developments or plans for the building. They need to have a personality strong enough to manage and comprehend the needs of each of the different teams, and ensure all realistic targets are communicated and met. They would do this by being hands on and pro-active in their approach. Someone who can come to site and inspire positive change is what is needed to be successful in this role.
