- Gi group are recruiting on behalf of Butchers Pet food in Crick for an Inventory team leader to join the team on the night shift.
- £34,065.10 per annum plus a weekly shift allowance of £74.60
- Working Hours 37.5 per week - Tuesday 0.00am - Friday 08:00am OR Friday 23:00pm - Saturday 07:00amTo co-ordinate goods in activities, stock check and ensure stock accuracy across the factory.- Ensure all movements of stock are correctly transactioned on the system and police the site on stock and scrap conformance.
- Check and administer all scrap transactions on IFS.
- Ensure stock processes and conformances are followed.
- Co-ordinate FLT activity in mince-room and support stock movements as required.
- Take responsibility for arranging and booking in cross site deliveries such as from 3rd party storage locations
- Ensure Freezer space is optimised including managing the consolidation of pallets.
- Co-ordinate freezer racking inspections and maintenance to ensure all locations are available.
- Co-ordinate staff to ensure product is Iced down before weekend shutdowns.
- Co-ordinate with Maintenance / facilities on any infrastructure issues in Goods In/Chiller/Freezer.
- Manage returns to supplier co-ordinate paperwork and IFS transactions with Planning and Purchasing.
- Co-ordinate inbound and outbound Dolavs and other returnable containers - ensure integrity of stock both at BPC and counts at suppliers.
- Take responsibility for end of week stock takes on Gels & Powders, Empty cans, Lines and Arrivals.
- Assisting in weekly site PI check completion.
- Point of contact for all inventory related queries.
- Consolidation of part pallets.
- Receipting of any dry warehouse purchase orders.
- Co-ordinating scrap loads for warehouse and correct registration on IFS.

Key Person characteristics- Ability to direct and manage a team and work cross functionally with factory staff.
- Co-ordinated and organised.
- Ability to learn IFS transactions maintain good practise in use of system and procedures
- Able to use Excel to intermediate standard.
- Flt trained on Counterbalance and Reach truck.
