Domino's Pizza Shift Manager Job Description

As a Domino's Pizza Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of employees to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure the smooth operation of our stores. You will be the face of our brand, and your leadership skills will be essential in driving sales and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of employees to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction goals
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, cost control, and customer service
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales and customer satisfaction
  • Train and develop employees to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed
  • Monitor and control store expenses, including labor costs and inventory
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a fast-paced customer service environment
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and lead by example
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
