Overview: We are seeking an experienced, organised Technical Administrator / Technical Specifications Administrator to assist the Technical Manager and QA Manager with their day-to-day roles. You will need to be able to accommodate part-time (pro rata) or two days per week home working.

Shift: Monday to Friday 8.00 – 5:00 (Part Time is an option)

Experience Required:
• The Technical Administrator will require previous experience completing technical specifications, preferably using Igloo / Opal
• Food related qualifications
• Operating within the guidelines of BRCGS and customer standards
• Knowledge of TACCP & VACCP and supplier approval requirements
• Able to demonstrate meticulous organisational and time management skills
• High degree of computer literacy

Responsibilities:
• This is a dual role for the Technical Administrator, split between specification generation and technical administration.
• You will assist the Technical and QA Manager in the daily compliance of the QMS system, generate in-house product specifications, labels and packaging artwork.
• Daily documentation updates and archiving, liaising between the technical, production and sales departments, ensuring all critical paths and timescales are met on time and in full
