Help Desk Support
**Lancaster or remote**
**Salary up to £21.5K**
We are looking for a Help desk Support person to join our fabulous Lancaster client to ensure their customers have a fantastic experience when joining the company as a new customer and help to resolve any problems they may have. This is the perfect role for an IT graduate or a person who has experience with systems and is a technical thinker.

**The first 3-6 months will be to be full time working in Lancaster and thereafter this can be a remote or hybrid role.**
**Your job role**:
- Manage the on boarding of clients
- Monitor the helpdesk and client sites
- Lead training sessions
- Resolve software problems
- Support your team and work with your Manager
**Your skills**
- Experience working directly with clients
- A degree in IT would be very useful ( but not necessary)
- Experience working in a helpdesk/IT/ software environment
- Experience providing training to clients ( desirable)
- Good listening skills and problem solving skills

**Education**:
