National Account Manager – Aldi | Ready-to-Eat & Ready-to-Cook Food | £55k-£60k | Hybrid | Birmingham

Let’s cut to the chase. If you’re an expert at managing retail accounts—especially Aldi—you’re going to want to pay attention to this one.

A leading food manufacturer, cranking out high-quality ready-to-eat and ready-to-cook own-label products, need someone to own the Aldi account. That means running the show, keeping Aldi happy, and driving serious growth.

What you’ll actually be doing:

Be Aldi’s go-to. You’ll be the face of the brand for Aldi, making sure they get what they need when they need it—while keeping them hungry for what’s coming next.
Stay tight with NPD. You’ll work closely with the New Product Development team, so you’ll always know what’s cooking. Your job? Make sure Aldi is just as excited about new products as you are.
Own the numbers. You’ll be responsible for the sales and profitability of the Aldi account. In short, you’ll make sure everything adds up and delivers results.
What we are looking for:

Retail account management experience. Ideally, you’ve got experience with Aldi. But if you’ve worked with any of the big retailers, we’re interested.
Food manufacturing chops. If you’ve worked with ready-to-eat or ready-to-cook products, even better.
Team player. You’ll need to work well with NPD and supply chain, so you’ve got to be comfortable collaborating across departments.
