Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and develop relationships with key foodservice wholesalers and buying group customers to drive business growth and increase market share.
  • Negotiate and implement cost price increases, joint business plans, and promotional support to meet Regal's financial and brand targets.
  • Execute account agreements and ensure a positive ROI for Regal, optimizing profitability and driving business growth.
  • Secure new listings and distribution to support Regal's growth, including incremental product range and new product brands.
  • Develop and execute new business strategies to drive growth and develop new accounts and channels.
  • Analyze market, category, and account data to gain insights and develop account and channel strategies to create selling stories and competitive advantage.
  • Engage with stakeholders to direct workload and customer projects, ensuring customer fulfillment and satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in the foodservice channel, ideally managing national foodservice wholesalers.
  • Understanding of foodservice businesses and their ways of working, including buying group head offices and key end users.
  • Ability to demonstrate a successful history of growing customers in a collaborative way.
  • Experience of winning new business and driving growth.
  • Ability to think pragmatically and take ownership of execution and delivery.
  • Resilience, determination, and flexibility to adapt to changing business needs.
