About the Role

Your Key Responsibilities

  1. Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies that align with the company's mission and drive business growth.
  2. Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with key accounts, serving as a trusted advisor and delivering exceptional customer service.
  3. Collaboration and Teamwork: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery, enhance client satisfaction, and drive retention.
  4. Client Growth and Development: Help clients maintain and grow their spend, leveraging your expertise and industry knowledge.
  5. Geographical Understanding: Possess a good geographical understanding to plan travel across England and effectively manage your territory.
  6. CRM Experience: Have experience working on CRM systems, with a focus on data analysis and customer insights.

What We Offer

  1. Salary: £45,000- £65,000 depending on experience.
  2. Team Bonus.
  3. Individual Bonus.
  4. Car allowance.
