Amour Recruitment is seeking an exceptionally people manager to lead a fast-paced team administering pensions for some of the UKs largest financial services companies.

The role can be offered as hybrid with attending the office at least 3 days a week in Portsmouth.

You will manage a rapidly growing team responsible for administering pensions through the full lifecycle of pension administration.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead daily team meetings, including 121s with each member of the team

· Accountable for the team meeting client obligations and SLAs

· Manage client expectations, act as an escalation point and attend client meetings

· Manage resource requirements for the team, assist with recruitment and facilitating growth of the team

· General line management responsibilities and accountable for monthly reporting and invoicing

· Oversee onboarding of new clients and delivery of other projects

Essential skills

· Strong leadership skills and experience managing and motivating teams

· A strong team player and problem solver

· Ability to remain calm and positive under pressure

· A good understanding of the Pensions industry, with a working knowledge of SIPPs and the pension lifecycle

Salary: up to £50,000 plus good staff benefits.
