Senior Recruitment Consultant - Education Sector

We are seeking an ambitions and driven Recruitment Consultant who is motivated both delivering outstanding results and giving back to the community. Yes, we are a recruitment agency, but that doesn’t mean that we can’t give something back to our schools and community.

What are we looking for?

An experienced recruitment consultant who has a genuine interest in the education sector, or a recruitment consultant  from another sector looking to try something new and exciting.
An organised and process driven individual who enjoys running a busy desk.
Someone who understands the importance of compliance and safeguarding. Keeping children safe in education is our priority
A recruitment consultant who builds and maintains positive relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Somone who is motivated by the opportunity to earn uncapped OTE and opportunities for progression
A confident communicator who enjoys picking up the phone and having a chat
