GRADUATE RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT

The Education Network Birmingham is seeking to expand its Education Team with a new member.

To be successful in this role, candidates should be: - A recent graduate or an individual considering a career transition into sales.

Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, are crucial, as much of the role involves phone interactions.

Comfortable engaging with both new and existing clients to foster sustainable relationships.
Organized and methodical, as managing a desk requires careful planning and execution.

Resilient, as the Education sector faces ongoing challenges from budget cuts, necessitating innovative solutions that provide value to our schools without incurring costs.

Involved in community initiatives, demonstrating a genuine passion for enhancing the lives of children through our projects.Confident in engaging with various decision-makers, including participating in business reviews.
Driven by the potential for desk development, uncapped earnings, and career advancement opportunities.

Capable of managing comprehensive recruitment processes for both temporary and permanent positions across multiple school locations.
