About the Role:
Merco Recruitment is seeking an experienced Lead HR & Resourcing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing support and guidance to our onsite Senior Management Team (SMT) and Managers on the interpretation and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the onsite HR and Finance Administrators to ensure the team is working efficiently to deliver HR and Finance processes accurately and on time.
- Coordinate HR activities such as managing grievances, disciplinaries, and absence in line with company policies within a corporate environment.
- Lead and manage a team to ensure the full range of HR activities is completed on time, including payroll processing.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with staff and managers at all levels to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
- Operate at pace and ensure all processes are followed in line with policy and best practice.
- Work towards CIPD qualifications to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in coordinating HR activities in a corporate environment, ideally within the Healthcare sector.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to address emotive and sensitive situations.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
