What's the most important things about the business you work in?

Without customers we don't have a sustainable business. Without the right people talking to those customers, we don't have a sustainable business. Without the right people manufacturing the product, leading the teams, managing the finances or administrating everything the company does, we don't have a sustainable business.
So, yes people are most important. But that includes your customers, and we are recruiting for the Leader of the Customer Service & Production Management Teams that own those key responsibilities.

What would we like from you?
* Experience managing technical customer service and production management teams within a fast-paced print environment (Litho Sheetfed, Web Offset, Newspapers, Continuous Direct Mail, Publishing).
* Key client facing experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
* Broad technical understanding of print manufacturing.
* Experience working closely with Manufacturing and Commercial leadership teams.
* Proven ability to problem solve and resolve client issues and manage expectations in a time-critical production environment.
* Strong personality with confidence in your own abilities and experience.
