- Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase revenue.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and effective problem-solving.
- Lead by example, demonstrating strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a customer-centric approach.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and improvement.
Requirements
- Proven experience in managing technical customer service and production management teams in a fast-paced print environment.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with a track record of developing and motivating high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Broad technical understanding of print manufacturing, with knowledge of Litho Sheetfed, Web Offset, Newspapers, Continuous Direct Mail, and Publishing.
- Ability to problem-solve and resolve client issues in a time-critical production environment.
