Due to continued success and expansion plans, a brand new position as a Stores Coordinator has arisen within a well established company, who boast fantastic longevity with their current workforce:

Managing day to day of Good In & Out, maintaning booking in system, recording stock locations, ensuring all paperwork is correct & present for despatched orders
Data Entering of POD information onto database (SAP)
Liaising with courier contractors arranging collections, monitoring services levels, highlight any issues to management
Communicating with customers via email and telephone as and when required advising of part arrival
Unpacking part deliveries as they arrive
Updating excel spreadsheets daily
Assisting with physical stock takes as and when requiredWe would expect the successful Stores Coordinator to be able to demonstrate a good working knowledge of stock operations, be an excellent communicator and have a proactive manner with an excellent eye for detail. You will be supported 1 to 1 to become familiar with the company processes and procedures. This would be an ideal role for you if you have worked within Stock Control, Goods in and out administration, or a Despatch position.

You will be joining the Kettering Head Office of a company that has been established for over 50 years, and has an enviable reputation in their field of expertise. Working directly with the Spares Manager & Stores Assistant, this role offers variety on a daily basis. The organisation name is synonymous with delivering outstanding quality products and services, and they are keen to recruit an Stores Coordinator who strives to offer the same.
