Salary: £24,000 + up to £1200 in bonus extra
Location: HYBRID - 2 days in office 3 days from home
Canterbury
Hours: Monday- Friday 9am-5pm (30-minute unpaid lunch)
My Exclusive client based in Canterbury is looking to recruit a Customer Service Administrator to their well developed team. You will be managing your own contracts once trained and be managing a range of enquires that come through phone and email.
About the Customer Service Administrator:
* Be the first point of contact and look after your own set of contracted clients.
* Build positive relationships with clients offering them exceptional care and attention.
* Liase with members of the clients' HR and management teams on a day-to-day basis via telephone and e-mail.
* You're likely to cover reception regularly too, particularly in East London, greeting visitors face to face and making sure they've got their paperwork ready.
* Use their in-house Occupational Health System to ensure that records are updated and maintained at all times.
* This role includes the responsible handling of confidential, medical data.
Requirements of this Customer Service Administrator:
* Able to handle a fast-paced environment
* Excellent adaptive communication skills, including confidence on the phone.
* Excellent organisational and time management skills, managing multiple tasks at one time, and changing priorities.
* Flexible and innovative with changing demands of clients.
* Quick and willing learner.
* Experience of Diary Management and MS Office would be desirable.
