**Job Summary**

PsiCon is a specialist neurodevelopmental service that collaborates with various NHS trusts to provide autism and ADHD assessments. As an independent organization, we work closely with the NHS to deliver high-quality services. Our team is committed to providing the best psychological support and healthcare available.

**Job Responsibilities**

  • Oversee daily reviews across the service, ensuring timely administration and managing appointment schedules.
  • Handle prescription requests, coordinate clinician cover, and facilitate patient transfers.
  • Work closely with the ADHD team lead to support audits and quality management initiatives.
  • Ensure adherence to service delivery targets.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Monitor the ADHD medication review caseload and administration of ADHD caseload across the lifespan based on need.
  • Monitor appointment gaps, missed cash up, and other care pathways.
  • Monitor the number of prescription requests to ensure sufficient writing slots are available and organize cover in cases of clinician absence or sickness.
  • Monitor wrong age or out-of-area patients and ensure their care is transferred.
  • Monitor clients waiting to be discharged by a clinician and liaise with them to complete this.
  • Assist the Quality Management team with the investigation of complaints, non-conformance deviations, adverse incidents, and near misses.
  • Collate, present, and interpret data or desire to learn.
  • Confidence to raise concerns with management if targets/KPIs are not being met or at risk of not being met.

**Requirements**

  • Experience of working within an ADHD administration role would be advantageous.
