About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Receptionist to join our team at Sanctuary Care. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our residents, relatives, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a warm and welcoming experience for all visitors, residents, and relatives
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and letters
- Process and maintain accurate records, including resident information and administrative documents
- Operate a range of administrative software, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Provide support to the care team, including answering phone calls and responding to queries
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong administrative skills, including data entry and record-keeping
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a care or hospitality setting
- Basic IT skills, including Microsoft Office
