About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Receptionist to join our team at Sanctuary Care. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our residents, relatives, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a warm and welcoming experience for all visitors, residents, and relatives
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and letters
  • Process and maintain accurate records, including resident information and administrative documents
  • Operate a range of administrative software, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Provide support to the care team, including answering phone calls and responding to queries

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong administrative skills, including data entry and record-keeping
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a care or hospitality setting
  • Basic IT skills, including Microsoft Office
