Our Public Sector client is looking to recruit a Project Development Officer on a 3 month contract.

You will be offering project support and developing projects within City Environmental Management, to improve the delivery of frontline services to customers.

Your key duties will include:

* Provide support to Programme and Project Managers

* Creation of reports including collation of data

* Monitoring progress and budgets

* Carry out research and development

* Deliver ad hoc projects

* Ensure project governance

* Manage project documentation

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:

* Past experience in Project Support, Coordination or Administration based role

* Preparing documents and information for meetings

* Excellent communication, organisational and attention to detail skills

* Good analysis and financial awareness

* Strong MS Office skills including Excel

* Qualification or knowledge of Prince 2 would highly desirable but not essential.

* Past experience working in a similar role on a IT, Network, Broadband, CCTV, Fibre or IP upgrade would be beneficial.

Pay Rate:

£16.63 per hour PAYE plus accrued holiday pay

£21.77 per hour via a Umbrella Company
