The successful Senior Business Development Manager will develop and grow new business opportunities for accounts with volumes between 500 to 1000 containers per year. Manage and develop a portfolio of existing customer within the business with face-to-face meeting to build relationships and opportunities with an active sales pipeline through the company CRM system Salesforce to ensure continued growth within the BWS sector and company cluster.

The role will involve:

Proactively assess and validate the client's needs on an ongoing basis, deliver continuous improvement plan and value-added solutions.
Promote JSV with Operations and product support
Build strong relationships with customersCo-ordinate and drive internal alignment to meet customer performance objectives and expectations
Maintains high client satisfaction ratings
Manage inside sales team to ensure customer portfolio, KPI and GM targets are being met and maintained

To be successful in this role of Senior Business Development Manager we would love to speak to anyone who has experience of:

Experience of sales and sales team management
Excellent relationship building skills Identifying new growth opportunities
Ability to demonstrate win-win scenarios
Ability to prioritize, organize and manage time efficiently is essential
Good presentation skills
Ability to formulate plans from complex data or scenarios
Industry experience from a "client" perspective
Minimum 5 years direct selling experience
