ADMINISTRATOR – Part or Full Time

About the Company

We are a dynamic Recruitment Company who specialise in the Construction sector throughout the UK. Formed in 2020 we have had a fantastic start to our journey and we are now looking to add an Administrator to our Manchester Office to cover maternity leave (for the right candidate this may be made a permanent opportunity).
We currently operate from 2 locations in South Manchester and York and are looking to expand our footprint further.

About the role

As the administrator you will be responsible for assisting the Director and Consultants in daily tasks. Your role will include but is not limited to:

* General Admin tasks including postage;

* Completing compliance spreadsheets;

* Booking assignments onto our easy to use CRM;

* Liaising with the consultants to make sure candidates have their RTW on the CRM;

* Submitting candidates details to payroll providers to ensure timely payment;

* Formatting candidates CV’s for submission to clients;

* Data entry inputting client and employer details on to our CRM.

About the candidate

The successful candidate will require the following skills:

* Experience having worked in an admin role is essential;

* A good phone manner;

* Good Organisational skills;

* Hard working;

* Computer literate with some exposure to Excel;

* Strong admin skills
